3. Subscription Terms and Conditions
The start of your subscription
Print subscriptions start with the next available issue which may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive, depending on dates. Digital subscriptions begin with the most recent issue.
Recurring Subscription
All subscriptions are ‘recurring’. This means that your subscription will automatically renew at the renewal date. If for any reason you do not wish to continue your subscription, you may cancel at any time.
Direct Debit trial offers
Direct Debit offers are often preceded by a short-term trial period. We reserve the right to limit the number of trial subscriptions taken up consecutively if subscriptions are canceled during the trial.
The Direct Debit Guarantee
This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, Bay Publishing Ltd will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Bay Publishing to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Bay Publishing or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Bay Publishing asks you to. We will always be reasonable and fair and hope you will be, too.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
Digital and print subscription ‘bundles’
For some of our titles, it is possible to purchase combined print and digital subscriptions at a discount on the cost of purchasing individual subscriptions. This discount is always applied to the digital element; the value of the print subscription is unchanged.
Print and digital subscription ‘bundles’ are only valid for the duration of your print subscription. It is not possible to cancel or suspend a print subscription and still retain the discount on the digital subscription. If you wish to cancel either the print or digital element of your subscription, please contact our subscriptions department on +44 (0) 1305 785 199.
Money Back Guarantee
Your subscription is protected by a full Money-Back Guarantee. If for any reason you’re not satisfied you can write to cancel at any time and receive a refund of the cost of all unmailed issues.

Cancellation and Returns
We hope you enjoy your subscription. If for any reason you’re not satisfied you may cancel at any time during your subscription and receive a full refund on any unmailed issues within 30 days. We do not accept returns.
