HSE Recruitment – the health, safety, environmental and risk management recruitment specialist – has become the latest partner of RoSPA, having agreed to sponsor the RoSPA Awards Excellence Forum alongside headline sponsor NEBOSH.
The internationally-renowned RoSPA Awards welcomes entrants from 30 countries, covering more than 7million people worldwide, and its three gala award dinners are the highlight of the sector calendar every year, enjoyed by around 2,500 guests.
Now in its 63rd year the RoSPA Awards initiative leads the way in raising standards in occupational health and safety practice cross-industry, with winners having to demonstrate excellent performance and a high standard of policy and commitment to employee wellbeing.
The Awards Excellence Forum is a community of winners and entrants from across the globe that is passionate about safety, and works together to share best practice and drive up safety standards. The scheme is industry-leading, with no other awards scheme providing such a platform for entrants to network and boost each others’ performances, both in terms of entering the awards and in improving standards generally.
As part of the new partnership, HSE Recruitment will be helping the Awards Excellence Forum to grow and expand its influence to more organisations, thus helping to protect more employees from injury and ill health. By providing content, and specific seminar topics during these events, HSE Recruitment aims to assist in knowledge sharing throughout the industry, enabling more and more companies to gain a prestigious RoSPA award. They will be partnering with RoSPA throughout the year, supporting a variety of events and shows, enabling RoSPA award winners and members to access the very best career and development advice, as well as access to the top health and safety roles throughout the UK.
Julia Small, RoSPA head of awards, events and qualifications, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to have HSE Recruitment on board as a sponsor of the Awards Excellence Forum and as a partner to RoSPA. They share our passion for worker wellbeing, and will help RoSPA to achieve its vision of life free from accidental injury.
“They join the Awards Excellence Forum at an exciting time – the community is growing, and through the passion and energy of award entrants we’re starting to see their organisations and employees reap the rewards of being involved.”
Chris Rowlands, director at HSE Recruitment, said: “We are extremely honoured to be the exclusive recruitment partner for RoSPA, helping to share the great work they do with our network and support one another on some exciting joint projects over the coming few years. It’s an exciting time and we’re very much looking forward to what the future holds with RoSPA.”
