“Innovations on Tour” is the theme of Dräger’s new customer experience in a 17 meter truck. The vehicle serves as a mobile platform to showcase the latest product innovations and to visit customers at their sites, regardless of how remote their location is. The truck will tour around the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries in the coming years to present thecompany’s Safety and Hospital solutions to customers and distributors. Koen Paredis, Managing Director MEA at Dräger, says: “Culturally face-to-face is the most effective way to do business and build relationships. The truck is Dräger’s launch platform for the new products being introduced in the coming years. The roadshow vehicle has a modular concept which allows it to be used for the Safety and the Hospital portfolio. Initially, the tour will start with a fit-out for Safety. A change to Hospital will take place for the first time in December, as the truck will be used to introduce new Hospital products in 2020.
From September to December, Dräger is sending its roadshow truck on a journey of over 3,000 miles across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The 50 sqm big mobile showroom has been fitted with more than 70 products and invites visitors for hands-on experiences. Dräger experts are available to provide support and consulting service. The truck will start its journey in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, on September 2.
